Payment Terms
Ten Percent (10%) down payment at the time of signing the purchase agreement. The balance will be due at closing. Full possession of the real estate will be at closing. Seller will provide marketable title to the buyer evidenced by a policy of title insurance. Cost of title insurance and real estate related closing costs will be divided equally between seller and buyer. Seller shall pay 2016 and all prior year real estate taxes. Taxes for 2017 will be proprated to the date of closing.
